Problem

Because of branding, Kaftko has named their Kaftans, along with other apparel items and accessories, with names that won’t necessarily help them rank for any industry-related keywords. This means that while they offered high-quality products that consumers are quick to find appeal in, they weren’t positioning these items on their site in a way that could reach their target audience.

Kaftko needed to maintain the pillar of their brand, which is their stylized tone and voice in their product names, while still being able to rank for popular keywords that will gain them valuable search traffic.

Strategy
